At the Dortmund TRANSFER.FESTIVALS in the run-up to the IFOY Award Night 2025, an interactive IFOY AWARD workshop analyzed key success factors for automation projects – without focusing solely on technological aspects. In five moderated groups, experts from industry and research worked with the participants to develop concrete recommendations for practical action.
