Information for participation
Manufacturers and providers of intralogistics products and solutions from around the world can apply for an IFOY AWARD with any number of new products and solutions.
The products and solutions submitted should be as new as possible, but not older than approx. 1.5 years. Every applicant must agree to the General Terms and Conditions.
Fees
An application is free of charge.
If a submitted product or solution is nominated for the final, a one-off nomination fee will be charged. Start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs receive special conditions. Specials are also offered annually.
The current price list can be requested from the IFOY office at info@ifoy.org.

- Nomination by the jury (October/November)
- Notification of finalists (November/December)
- Buchung TEST CAMP Stand (empfohlen, Bewerber erhalten Sonderkonditionen)
- Delivery of the nominated products for the IFOY Audit on January 25, 2027, Messe Dortmund, Hall 7)
- IFOY Audit at TEST CAMP INTRALOGISTICS (January 25 – 27, 2027)
- Jury voting
