IFOY AWARD 2027: Countdown to the Application Deadline

The final stretch for IFOY submissions begins: The applicant portal at www.ifoy.org will remain open until September 25, 2026.

The organization is looking for the best new intralogistics products and system solutions of the year.

The IFOY Audit will take place from January 25 to 27 as part of TEST CAMP INTRALOGISTICS in Dortmund.

Ismaning near Munich, September 3, 2026. The International Intralogistics and Forklift Truck of the Year (IFOY) AWARD 2027 is entering its final round of submissions. Manufacturers and providers of intralogistics solutions have until September 25 to submit their products and systems for this internationally renowned award. The submission portal at www.ifoy.org will close at midnight on that day.

Ten categories are open to participants, covering the entire spectrum of intralogistics—from forklifts to warehouse equipment and specialty vehicles, all the way to automated and autonomous industrial trucks. This also includes robotics solutions, software applications, and technical components such as ergonomic innovations, safety features, and assistance systems for warehouse operations. In addition, the IFOY AWARD recognizes fully implemented automation and warehouse projects on the user side. As usual, special attention is given to young companies: The IFOY Start-up of the Year Award honors start-ups that are driving new momentum in intralogistics with innovative products, technologies, or services.

As one of the industry’s most significant innovation competitions, the IFOY AWARD is internationally recognized as a reliable benchmark for technical performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. This reputation is based primarily on the neutral testing organization and the recognized IFOY Audit. The award is decided by a jury of editors-in-chief from leading logistics media outlets in 20 countries.

The companies nominated by the jury will compete in the finals in Dortmund in a multi-stage evaluation process: the IFOY Test, the scientifically based IFOY Innovation Check, and a practical test conducted by the jury. The evaluation is not based on a direct comparison of the nominees with one another, but rather on a comparison with competing products available on the market.

The IFOY Audit will once again take place at the TEST CAMP INTRALOGISTICS at Messe Dortmund, which will also open its doors to B2B trade visitors on January 26 and 27. Starting on January 25, the functional tests, the Innovation Check, and the jury tests will take place there in succession.

Applications for the IFOY AWARD and the IFOY Start-up of the Year Award can be submitted via the online portal at www.ifoy.org. The terms and conditions of participation are available from the IFOY office at anita.wuermser@ifoy.org.

Applications can be submitted at: https://www.ifoy.org/bewerbung/
