IFOY Audit
Finalists undergo the three-stage IFOY Audit as part of the IFOY Audit, which takes place during the TEST CAMP INTRALOGISTICS. This consists of the scientific IFOY Innovation Check, the IFOY Test and the jury test.
With the ETV 414i–425i reach truck series, Jungheinrich completes its ETVi portfolio. The ETV 4i is designed to deliver maximum throughput in high-performance applications, offering load capacities of up to 2,500 kg, lift heights of up to 14,000 mm, standard liftingPRO, reachPRO, and loweringPRO functions, and a fully integrated lithium-ion battery with fast-charging and opportunity-charging capabilities. Assistance systems such as the addedVIEW positioning camera system and operationCONTROL, along with the SmartStripe light strip, enhance safety and operator comfort. In 2026, Jungheinrich celebrates the 70th anniversary of its reach trucks.

The ETV 414i–425i electric reach trucks are slim, ergonomic lithium-ion-powered trucks designed for safe, ergonomic storage and retrieval operations with high load capacities (1,400–2,500 kg) and lift heights of up to 14,000 mm. The fully integrated lithium-ion battery makes the trucks particularly compact and offers fast-charging and opportunity-charging capabilities, as well as a high degree of flexibility in operation. High lift, reach, and lowering speeds deliver impressive throughput performance. Assistance systems such as active mast oscillation damping and the addedVIEW positioning camera system, which facilitates precise load placement, enhance operational safety. Customized control concepts (soloPILOT as standard and multiPILOT as an option) and a spacious operator compartment with excellent all-around visibility help promote operator health and comfort. The compact design without a battery compartment improves visibility of the wheel arms and load, while slim overhead guard supports, a step, and a robust shoulder guard further enhance safety. A 4-inch full-color display provides information on travel direction, wheel position, battery status with remaining runtime, drive programs, and operating hours.
Standard performance features: liftingPRO doubles lifting speed without compromising fork positioning accuracy. reachPRO increases reach speed for faster pallet handling, while loweringPRO doubles lowering speed to up to 1.2 m/s. Smooth mast transitions enhance safety during lifting and lowering.
Fully integrated lithium-ion technology without a battery compartment: Extremely short charging times, fast and opportunity charging, no need for battery changes, maintenance-free operation, and a particularly compact truck with significantly improved visibility.
Assistance systems and safety: addedVIEW fork camera and positioning camera system, active mast oscillation damping, continuous monitoring of residual load capacity with operationCONTROL, and an integrated SmartStripe light strip featuring daytime running lights, brake lights, turn signals, and a battery charge indicator.
High-performance mast: Lift heights of up to 14,000 mm, high residual load capacities combined with reduced truck dimensions, and fork tilt for precise pallet pickup.
With the ETV 4i, Jungheinrich completes its ETVi portfolio: the ETV 2i focuses on cost efficiency, the ETV 3i on productivity, and the ETV 4i on maximum throughput performance. For the first time, customers can choose a reach truck across the entire range that is precisely tailored to their specific application profile. Until now, many operations have relied on trucks that exceed their individual requirements and are therefore not cost-efficient.
The ETV 4i targets the fast-growing segment of high-performance and high-bay warehouse applications, where high throughput, great lift heights, and narrow aisles are key requirements. Its target audience includes logistics managers, warehouse managers, and senior executives at large companies.
The accompanying international marketing campaign, “YOUR TRUCK. YOUR PERFORMANCE. – Jungheinrich Reach Trucks. As Much Performance as You Need,” aims to strengthen Jungheinrich’s market position in the reach truck segment, gain market share, and establish Jungheinrich ETV reach trucks as the benchmark in the industry. In 2026, Jungheinrich also celebrates the 70th anniversary of its reach trucks. In 1956, the company launched its first reach truck, introducing reach truck technology to Europe.
Optimized performance: The ETV 2i, ETV 3i, and ETV 4i series handle heavy loads, high lift heights, and narrow aisles with ease. Tailored precisely to specific application requirements, they enable fast storage and retrieval and make pallets available for order picking in minimal time. In the standardized VDI cycle, the ETV 4i achieves 20% higher throughput than the previous top-performing model, the ETV 3i. The new addedVIEW positioning camera system consists of three cameras that display key information for precise pallet placement and retrieval on the operator assistance display, depending on fork position.
Innovative lithium-ion technology: The reach trucks come standard with state-of-the-art lithium-ion batteries, delivering a powerful, sustainable, and cost-efficient solution. Eliminating battery changes saves time, while extended service life and maintenance-free operation reduce costs. Thanks to the system’s higher overall efficiency, energy consumption during charging is up to 20% lower than with lead-acid batteries.
Safety and comfort: The compact battery design and optimized operator compartment provide more space and improved visibility. Operators benefit from a more ergonomic workstation, while warehouse operations become safer.
Data utilization: The telematics box, available factory-installed, provides a free fleet management starter package that can be expanded flexibly.
