Category
Mobile Robot

Semi-automated AMR CoBot for minimal inpit with maximal output.
The LogiRobot is built on a Logitrans construction, known for high quality, long durability and high reliability. It is equipped with MiR (Mobile Industrial Robots) technology, proven to be leading robotic technology world wide and +10 years of experience.
Each LogiRobot comes with a highly professional service support setup, to ensure successful implementation, usage and the highest level of reliability. Moreover, Cobotic solutions are reliable and consistent. The LogiRobot delivers pallets to the right place every time, with no deviations from its tasks.
3D-based obstacle detection enables the robot to detect and avoid obstacles from the floor and up to the full height of the robot such as forks from other equipment and elements typical for industrial environments.
The LogiRobot is highly adaptable to changes in its production facility and can be customised with new and altered missions, in no time.
Innovative Features are:
LogiRobot is made for real-world scenarios and stands out from its competitors as stand-alone AMR Cobot with its very low complexity, intelligent 3D VSLAM navigation with real-time decision making, complaint to the highest safety standards, very user-friendly, which making it attractive to various industries from medium sized to bigger production companies. It has never been easier to implement a robot in under 24 hours – and at the same time the robot independently completes the job every time.
Growth in the AMR market: As the focus on inventory optimization and AI in Industry 4.0 increases, the demand for AMRs is rising due to their flexibility. And therefore customers can now benefit from a stand-alone solution AMR with fast and easily implementation in very dynamic environments with the highest safety standards. This will secure a safe transporting every time. The target companies focus on employee satisfaction and efficient use of their capabilities – striving to provide their staff with meaningful tasks. They must have a desire and need to optimize workflows and processes to improve productivity (their own output). Also, they focus on safety and work place environment (avoid manual pallet transportation e.g.) and focus on attracting and retaining qualified employees. Ideally, they are looking to promote their company as modern and ambitious.
Most importat advantages are:
The LogiRobot AMR is an automated pedestrian-controlled forklift truck with an additional hand control in the form of a foldable tiller. Of its three main functions, the load pickup is always performed manually by an operator and is intentionally not automated by the manufacturer. Transport and load discharge, however, are autonomous and do not require operator supervision or intervention. The manufacturer, Logitrans, refers to this combination as a semi-automatic AMR-CoBot. The individual functions are well-implemented and of high quality. For the two autonomous functions, the vehicle is equipped with numerous powerful sensors and impressive automation. Obstacle detection relies on 3D cameras, capturing objects from the ground and fully detecting the contours of the LogiRobot. This enables the vehicle to reliably detect typical obstacles in its operational environment and autonomously navigate around them within its given avoidance capabilities.
The structure and automation of the LogiRobot are already known in various vehicles of its class. The use of additional 3D sensors for obstacle detection is consistently executed, and the sensors are well integrated into the vehicle. The control system allows for positioning on the map both at the vehicle itself and through the connected control computer, where transport targets can be set. Overall, the forklift is competitively positioned within its market segment.
The LogiRobot AMR targets medium-sized and large production companies in the food and beverage, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, industrial production, printing and packaging, and specialized handling sectors. In larger production facilities with regular pallet transport, the Cobot offers a simple automation option to boost productivity, providing valuable support.
The key benefits include more efficient workflows, higher employee satisfaction, and improved ergonomic conditions. Moreover, the vehicle’s extensive sensor technology could potentially be used in the future to realize automatic or even fully autonomous load pickup. This function could be optionally integrated, allowing users to flexibly choose between automatic and manual load pickup based on their needs.
As a rear fork device with lifting capability, the LogiRobot AMR is tailored to a wide market, from medium-sized businesses to large enterprises, for various transport tasks in production and logistics. The aforementioned limitation of customer benefit also leads to a balanced market relevance classification, as many users today are focused on relieving their employees from routine tasks, including load pickup for transport objects.
The high-quality LogiRobot AMR is equipped with numerous sensors for safety and functional reliability, and its realized functions are impressive with high-quality implementation. Users benefit from a straightforward automation solution that enhances productivity. While the absence of automation in the load pickup function aligns with current competitive standards, the already integrated extensive sensor technology presents good potential for future developments.
