Counter Balanced Truck

The HUBTEX FLUX 30 is a versatile electric multidirectional counterbalance truck that has been specially designed for combined indoor and outdoor use. With a load capacity of up to 3 tonnes and a lifting height of up to 7.5 metres, it combines the functions of a forklift and sideloader in a single device. This innovative concept enables both long goods and pallets to be handled and makes the FLUX 30 particularly flexible to use.
An outstanding feature of the FLUX 30 is the 360° HX multidirectional steering, which allows smooth direction changes between longitudinal and transverse travel without interruption. This technology significantly increases efficiency and manoeuvrability, especially in confined spaces or for demanding transport tasks. Thanks to its 3-wheel chassis and environmentally friendly electric drive, the truck operates quietly and emission-free.
The ergonomically designed cab offers the driver maximum comfort and optimum visibility. With a clear colour display, the HUBTEX Information Terminal (HIT MINI), the driver always has all important vehicle information in view. Thanks to its compact design and versatile functions, the FLUX 30 is the ideal solution for companies that require a high degree of flexibility in material handling – whether in logistics, retail or industry.
360° HX multidirectional steering: One of the key innovations of the HUBTEX FLUX 30 is the 360° HX multidirectional steering, which enables seamless transitions between longitudinal and transverse travel without interruption. This significantly reduces the need for stops and complex manoeuvring manoeuvres, which offers significant time savings and greater efficiency, especially in confined spaces or for precise transport tasks. Compared to conventional multidirectional forklifts, this technology not only ensures improved manoeuvrability, but also minimises tyre wear thanks to fewer directional changes. For the user, this means lower operating costs and higher productivity in daily use.
Compact design with high load capacity: Another outstanding feature of the FLUX 30 is its unique combination of compact design and a load capacity of up to 3 tonnes. Thanks to its innovative cast frame, the FLUX can be built particularly compactly and at the same time, despite its small dimensions, has a high residual load capacity at high lifting heights. These features make the truck ideal for use in narrow warehouses or other confined working environments.
The HUBTEX FLUX 30 is highly relevant for the market as it addresses several key requirements of modern companies: Versatility, space saving and sustainability. The combination of forklift and sideloader makes the FLUX 30 ideal for industries in which both pallets and long goods need to be transported safely and efficiently. Target groups and industries are:
In addition to large companies, small companies in particular, for whom the investment in two specialised forklifts is too high, benefit from this combination device. All in all, we assume a market size of 1500 units per year.

The Hubtex FLUX 30 is an electric multi-directional forklift specifically designed for combined indoor and outdoor use, combining the functionality of a forklift with that of a sideloader. This innovative concept allows for the efficient handling of both long loads and pallets.
A standout feature of the FLUX 30 is its compact design. The three-ton forklift owes its compact dimensions to a specially shaped frame, which enables high residual capacities at large lift heights.
The forklift, nominated for the IFOY AWARD, is equipped with a 5-meter mast, offering a residual load capacity of 2,450 kg at maximum lift height. Additionally, the FLUX 30 can be delivered with an optional maximum lift height of 7.5 meters.
The main innovation is the 360° HX multi-directional steering, already known from the larger omnidirectional Hubtex forklifts. The steering system allows for a seamless transition between longitudinal and transverse transport without interruption. During operation, the wheels always rotate within the contours of the forklift.
This technology significantly improves efficiency and maneuverability, especially in tight spaces or when performing challenging transport tasks. The number of required stops and complex maneuvers is greatly reduced.
During the IFOY test drive, the difference is immediately noticeable. The FLUX 30 changes direction easily and intuitively via the joystick. For small adjustments of the driving direction, it is sufficient to simply turn the joystick.
The cabin offers more space than conventional sideloaders. This is the logical result of its intended use for both pallet transport and the handling of long loads. Due to this dual-purpose design, the multi-directional forklift comes standard with a fork adjustment device and a side-shift, minimizing the number of times the operator needs to get in and out of the vehicle.
The steering column is adjustable, as is the bright HIT mini color display. The smaller display creates more space and enhances visibility, while displaying important forklift information, such as the wheel position and travel speed. As an area for improvement, the test team notes that the steering feels somewhat stiff and that several rotations are required for larger steering changes.
The test forklift is equipped with a 930 Ah, 48-volt battery. An optional version with a lithium-ion battery is available.
The quiet, emission-free three-wheel forklift offers better maneuverability compared to conventional multi-directional forklifts and reduces tire wear, as fewer direction changes are necessary.
The ergonomic cabin is easily accessible through a low entry. The central seating position provides the operator with a comfortable workspace and excellent visibility of the load and surroundings. The tilt angle of the steering column can be infinitely adjusted with a single handle.
The Hubtex FLUX 30 offers a practical solution for those who mainly transport pallets but also regularly handle long loads. The electric multi-directional forklift is quiet and emission-free and makes operation particularly pleasant with its 360° HX multi-directional steering. The forklift no longer requires intermediate stops, and direction changes are easy and intuitive.
