The BT Optio OSE200X with remote picking is a low level order picker that is bulit for more efficiency, productivity, ergonomics and safety significantly. It is equipped with remote control, elevating forks and automatic height adjustment.

BT Optio OSE200X can be controlled by means of a remote control. This hand-held device can also be worn around the neck or clipped to a belt. By pressing a button the operator commands the truck to move forward at a safe speed of 2.5 km/h. The remote control helps the operator to work comfortably and efficiently, eliminating the need to manually drive the truck between different picking locations.

The truck is easily directed to the next picking location, thus saving time and boosting productivity. The scissor lift can be elevated to 800 mm above floor level ensuring that the operator is always loading the pallet in an ergonomic working position. The optional automatic height adjustment function ensures that the operator works even more comfortably with an automatically adapted picking height – the higher you stack the pallet, the lower the forks go – key to effortless and ergonomic order picking.

The model is based on the iF-award winning BT Optio L-series.To increase safety, the remote drive function includes a scanner that is able to detect obstacles within 1 meter in front of the truck. If obstacles are detected, the truck stops automatically, helping to prevent accidents.
