Interview
What do you expect from an IFOY applicant?
If an applicant wants to reach the final or even win, the product or solution should bring a significant innovation that improves or facilitates the efficiency and productivity of work and promises a broad application in the market.
Where will intralogistics be in the coming years?
No one can say for sure, but it will certainly be very different from today’s thanks to more automation and artificial intelligence.
How do you proceed with the evaluation?
I read the manufacturers’ product presentations – text, pictures, videos – and get to know the product. During the IFOY TEST DAYS, we test the products ourselves and listen very carefully to the opinions of the testers and innovation checkers. The impression on site is decisive for our vote.
