Beschreibung
Der automatisierte Hochhubwagen STILL EXV iGo setzt neue Maßstäbe in der Produktionsversorgung und der Vorlagerzone. Der robuste Lagerhelfer punktet beim Ein- und Auslagern in Breitganglagern und Blocklagern, an Übergabestationen von Hochregallagern oder bei der automatischen Tourenbereitstellung. Zudem ist er als erstes standardisiertes, automatisiertes Serienfahrzeug von STILL besonders unkompliziert und flexibel in Inbetriebnahme, Service und Handling.
Dank seiner hohen Resttragfähigkeit von bis zu 1.600 Kilogramm, einer Hubhöhe von bis zu 3,8 Metern und einer Maximalgeschwindigkeit von 7,2 km/h ist der EXV iGo ein zuverlässiger und leistungsstarker Partner. Er ist die ideale Stand-Alone-Lösung für wiederkehrende Transportaufgaben sowie Ein- und Auslageraufgaben. Aber auch im Mischbetrieb überzeugt er mit höchster Prozesssicherheit, Präzision und maximaler Sicherheit. Dafür sorgt das Multi-Level-Sicherheitssystem, das mit Sicherheitsscannern und Sensoren Mensch, Maschine und Ladung schützt. Description
The STILL EXV iGo automated high lift truck sets new standards in production supply and pre-storage areas. The robust warehouse assistant excels at storage and retrieval in wide-aisle warehouses and block storage facilities, at transfer stations in high-bay warehouses or in automatic route provisioning. As the first standardized, automated series truck from STILL, it is also particularly uncomplicated and flexible in terms of commissioning, service and handling.
With a high residual load capacity of up to 1,600 kilograms, a lift height of up to 3.8 meters and a maximum speed of 7.2 km/h, the EXV iGo is a reliable and powerful partner. It is the ideal stand-alone solution for recurring transport tasks and storage and retrieval operations. However, it is also ideal for mixed operations, where it offers the highest levels of process reliability, precision and safety. This is ensured by the multi-level safety system, which protects the operator, machine and load with safety scanners and sensors. The following safety devices are integrated as standard: safety laser scanners, optical and acoustic warning devices as well as several emergency stop switches to stop the vehicle immediately. If necessary, dual operation of the EXV iGo is uncomplicated and requires no conversion.
